CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a fee of 50% of your missed service will be applied. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. All late cancellations will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. No-shows will also be restricted from booking future appointments.
